O1. Open PhotoScape, click "Editor" and stay on the wing "Home."

O2. Open a photo and click to edit:

Filter> Noise Reduction > High
Sharpen > (Click the center button).
Adjust as follows:-
Radius-> 0.1
level->200%

Filter> Film Effect> Agfa ->High
Filter> Film Effect> Cross Process ->High
Filter> Film Effect> Velvia - Medium
Filter> Smart Blur> 4.0
Filter> Film Effect> Agfa - Top
Filter> Film Effect> Process Cross - Top
Filter> Film Effect> Velvia - Middle
Filter> Smart Blur (Deletes Visual)> 4.0
Filter> Noise Reduction > Low
Bright,Color > Brighten>High
Autolevel>Middle
Bloom>Middle
Backlight (-/+)50% Default
