Tutorial for Customize Black and White Images
Open your PhotoScape - Editor - Wing Home
Click on the square of gray scale (only if the photo is not Black and White)
Auto Level > High
Auto Contrast > High
Back Light >(+/-) 100%
Sharpen>1
Click on the middle of brightness and color & adjust as below:-
Deepen - 40
Brightness - 40
Darken - 20
Exposure - 0.91
Contrast - 30
Leave the rest as is and press OK.
RESULT:-
Open your PhotoScape - Editor - Wing Home
