 Materials:-
Click here To Download Transparent Image


Open your Photoscape  and go to "Editor",
open the transpaent image
Go to Object tool & Select Text
Write Whatever You Like
Keep The Outline Thickness > 17
Click Photo + object
Filter Home> Region (Out of Focus) and Select Pastel
Adjust As below:-
Level-4
Size-0%
Feather-50%
After this press OK.
Go To Object tool & Select text & write the same
Bt Do Not Apply outline or Shadow
After this press OK.
Click Photo + Object
