Tutorial For Water Effect

Water Effect

Open Photoscape, editor and go to stay in first.
Open a photo to edit
Filter > Film Effect >Potra > Middle
Bloom (click the center button) & set as below:-
Type-Normal Mode
Level-74%
Blur-8.0
Contrast-25
Now click ok
Bright, Color > Deepen >Tom Gray > Middle
Filter > Film Effect > Cinema > Middle

Result:-
