 Material:-
Transparent Image

Open your PhotoScape> Editor> Stay on the wing "Home"
Open a photo to edit
Crop it long and save it
Open the Transparent Png Given (material Given to download)
Go to object and select the crop photo saved
Just adjust on the png image
Increase it length and decrease it width
Click Photo + Objects (select second option to save)
Again select Crop Tool and crop it
Now select any frame , here i select dot and round
I.e Dot4 and click Photo +frame
and now select again another frame
I.e Round shadow 2 and click Photo + Frame
and You can decorate with any objects
