Heartache Effect

Open your PhotoScape> Editor> Stay on the wing "Home"
Open a photo to edit
Bright, Color> Brighten> Middle
Filter> Film Effect > Cross Process > Middle
Filter> Film Effect  > Velvia > Low
Auto Level > High
Filter> Graduated Tint>  Leave as it is, and click OK.
Auto Contrast > High
RESULT:-
