What is brightness:
Brightnes is types of files are created from the exploitation of hue,
saturation, luminance and contrast of a certain image.
From this quality, brightness are Able to create effects for your photo.

How to download and install:
 The brightness usually; come in zipped packages, then after the download is
 Necessary That You unzipped them,With the brightness already unzipped,
follow the procedure below: 
Download from here
->Select all the files. Brightness That You downloaded, click on top
of Them with the right mouse button and go to "Cut".X Now go to
"Start-> My Computer-> Local Disk-> Program Files-> PhotoScape->
brightness. X Now go to "Start-> My Computer-> Local Disk->
Program Files-> PhotoScape> brightness.× If the brightness folder
does not exist, you must create it. Click your right mouse button inside
the folder "PhotoScape" and go to "New Folder" put this new folder
named "brightness". Click your right mouse button inside the folder
"PhotoScape" and go to "New Folder"× Arriving in the "brightness",
right click the mouse inside the folder and go to "Paste."Its brightness
 is already installed, now let's learn to use them.
 How to use:
O1. Open PhotoScape, click "Editor", stay on the wing "Start" and open
a photo.
O2. Click the center button "Brightness, color."
O3. A window called "Bright, color" appears, you will see
on the right side a button labeled "Config. Load", then click
 the arrow beside it, and you'll see a list with all the brightness
that you saved, click on that you want to use, and the result
appears automatically in your photo.
 O4. If you like the results click "OK" if not, use another brightness
that is ideal for your photo and the result you want to get.
