O1.OpenPS click editor, open your photo and stay on top wing. 
O2.Noise>High 
O3.Filter> Effect Film> Agfa low 
O4. Click on object> Photography (mountain with the sun)> Photo ... > Open the texture:

O5.Open texture, a little window will appear called "Photo". Leave the opacity at 64; adjust the size you prefer. 

O6.Filtro> Effect Movie> Process >low. 

O7.Click On object> Photography> Photo ... > Open the flower
