O1. First, open your PhotoScape and click "Editor". 
O2. Stay on the wing "Home", open a photo Across the left side panel of the program and click: 
-Sharpen> 7-Filter> Smart Blur 4.0 
-Filter> Noise Reduction> Middle 
-Filter> Effect Movie> Cinema 
- High- Filter> Effect Movie> Velvia 
- Top-Filter> Graduated Tint. Leave everything as is and give "OK".
-Sharpening> Low
-Filter> Vignetting> # 1
