Material:-
Background
Flower brush1
Flower brush2
Flower brush3
Open your Photoscape
Go start
Go to MENU CLICK NEW PHOTO,
and choose this size: 1200x1200 and color whatever you like
I chose white,
after this process,
Go on the wing starts,
Open your photo, or photos
open the Background,
and then one by one open the photos
to be put in the round frames and adjust it and right click on the
photos and select back
now select the flower brush No1 & 3 and adjust it on the background
and the flower brush no-2 adjust it around the background  (let it go outside the background) so
it looks like frame and repeat that all around the background
now click Photo+Object
Now select the frame Round Frame and click photo+frame
and do this for 5 times
