Open PhotoScape, go to "Editor" and stay on the ward "Home. "
Open an image to edit
Filter>Noise Reduction> High
Filter> Effect Film>Velvia> High
Filter> Effect Film>Provia> High
Filter>distort> Window
Row-4,coloumn-4 4Intervalo-4,Round9,Type-Type 1, Color- White
Click On Object Mode
Select The Symbol go in wingdings and select square
Make a lot of different colors with less opacity

Bright,Color>Contrast Enhancement> high
Frame> Color-Pink
Thickness> 3
Inner margin> 0
Round: 24
