Tutorial For Cross Process Effect

Cross-Process Effect

Open PhotoScape, click "Editor" and stay on the ward "Home."
Open a photo to edit
Filter> Noise Reduction>Middle
Filter>Film Effect > Cross Process >Middle
Filter>Film Effect > Velvia > Middle
Sharpen-9
PrintLine Frame 02
Margin-: black color, Tick Assign Same Margins

    I followed your instruction to the frame 02...the other stuff, I could not locate. What did I miss, and where can I find it?
