Photoshake Effect
First, open your PhotoScape and click "Editor".

Stay on the wing "Home",

open a photo Across the left side panel of the program and click:

Filter> Smart Blur (Deletes Visual)> 2.5

Filter> Noise Reduction (Visual Clears)> Low, Medium or High

Sharpen> 5

Filter> Effect Movie> Cinema - Low

Filter> Effect Movie> Cross Process - Medium

Brightness, Color> In depth> medium

Backlight> Default
