Materials:-

Open PhotoScape

Filter> Glass Stilo> Style Double Glazing
Width> 32
Height> 32 and Press Ok

resize the texture

Now adjust a png photo of your choice and keep opacity 120

Now Back On the Mountain with the sun and Bruh Take the star and garnish

Now go Again on the Mountain with the sun and take the 2 png
Place and somewhere in your Photo

After the Others Take Brushes and adjust as per your choice
After Click Photo + Objects
Click> Combine your photo with Objects
Then click the OK
