Classic Retro Effect
 Open your PhotoScape, and go on the ward started.
Filter> Noise Reduction> High.
Bright, Color> Contrast Enhancement> High
Bright, Color > Decolor>5
Sharpen> 5
Filter> Effect Movie> Agfa> High 
Backlight>(+-)50% Default
Filter> Vignette> # 8
RESULT:-
