Filter>Noise>High
Go To Ward Object>Select the point of light(material1) that saved
Opacity-255
Topleft--X 370, Y 253 and now click ok
click Photo+Objects
Now Click On Tools Select Clone Stamp & clone Around The girl Body
Now Crop The Image
Home> Filter> Noise Reduction> High
Brightness, Color> Enhance Contrast> High
Against the Light ×> (+) 2OO% [O2 TIMES]
Click On Object Select the  Photo saved that is
the golden star(material2) that saved right over> Click Photo+Objects >Ok
Click On Object Select the  Photo saved that is
glow(material3) that you just saved right over> Click Photo+Objects >Ok
× Multiply the object Glow in the image
Frame> Round Shadow O3

RESULT:-
