Stylish Fake Effect

First, open your PhotoScape and click "Editor ".
Stay on the wing "Home", open a photo to edit
Filter> Noise Reduction> High
Sharpen> 2
Brightness, Color>Contrast Enhancement> Middle
Brightness, Color>Deepen> Low
Brightness, Color> Darken> Meddle
Filter>Film Effect> Provia - Low
Filter>Film Effect > Case Process>Low
Filter> Film Effect > Agfa >Top
Result:-
