Filter> Noise Reduction> High.
Backlight (+) 50%
Bloom>Low
Brightness, Color>Deepen> Low 2x
Sharpen> Low 2x
Filter> Effect Movie> Provia> Low
Filter> Effect Film> Agfa> Low
Auto Level >Medium
Frames> Printeline 02
Margin >Black # 3
Frame Line>White , Thickness>7 ,Inside Margin>4 Round 2 ,Type> Dotted
Opacity>high,Now Click Ok
